Boarding day, meeting in the airport lobby for departure formalities. You enter the country via New Delhi. On arrival you will be met by your guide who will take you to your hotel.
After your breakfast, you will start your sightseeing tour of Delhi. With your guide, you will visit for example Jama Masjid - the largest mosque in the country, as well as Chandni Chowk and the spice market. You will enjoy a rickshaw ride through Chandni Chowk. Then you will continue to the elegant but imposing Red Fort, Raj Ghat - a memorial to Mahatma Gandhi, the finest example of Humayun's tomb.
You will then visit the famous Lotus Temple of the Baha'i Faith, the medieval Qutub Minar, the Parliament House, the President's House and the India Gate. The rest of the day is free. Overnight at the hotel in Delhi.
This morning, after breakfast, you will be transferred to the Mughal city of Agra. Agra is a major tourist destination in northern India because of its many Mughal-era buildings, including the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri, all of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Upon arrival, head to the hotel to check in. After freshening up, you will visit the famous Taj Mahal, the symbol of love, built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal (The Taj Mahal remains closed every Friday).
Later, visit the Agra fort, built by the great emperor Akbar and the tomb of Etimad-ud-Daula often described as the Jewel Box or the Baby Taj and is considered a draft of the Taj Mahal . The rest of the day is free. Overnight at hotel in Agra.
