A minimum deposit of 25% of the total amount is required to validate the booking. This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Remaining payments must be made according to the schedule defined at the time of booking. Any late payment may result in additional fees or cancellation of the booking.

Any booking modification (dates, destinations, etc.) may be subject to additional fees and may require a revision of the payment plan.

In case of cancellation, only amounts paid beyond the deposit will potentially be refundable, depending on the specific conditions of the booked product.

A late fee of 20,000 XAF will be applied for each missed payment on the due date. Repeated non-payment may result in termination of your payment plan.

All payments must be made directly to the official bank or mobile money accounts of the company, specified at the time of booking. The company declines all responsibility for payments made to individuals, including employees or representatives. Any request for payment to a personal account must be reported immediately to avoid any risk of fraud.

For security reasons, a valid ID may be requested for any person who does not have an account on our platform and has never made a booking.

The "Pay Easy" plan is strictly personal and cannot be transferred to another person.

Joining the "Pay Easy" program implies acceptance of our general terms of sale and use. In case of dispute, only the courts of Cameroon will have jurisdiction.
